NAVFAC Southwest

Design Build FLY NAVY Sign Bldg 72, Naval Air Station North Island, Coronado, San Diego, CA

Project scope included :
Design, Build and Installation of the FLY NAVY Sign (illuminated) at Naval Air Station North Island, Coronado CA. Included selective demolition of existing outdoor light fixtures and supporting conduit. Install new Astrological timer, contactor panel, 7 new 30 amp circuits in existing electrical panel, rigid (blast proof) conduit, j-boxes and connectors, and all associated wiring.
 
Replace Roll-Up Door Building 1, Broadway Compound, San Diego, CA

Project scope included :
Remove and existing rollup door and frame tracks and install new 131” w x 133” h 16 GA flush face, full vertical lift galvanized steel, commercial sectional with manual chain hoist operated overhead door.

Department of Veteran Affairs

Various Flooring/Ceiling Replacements within VA San Diego Healthcare System.

Project scopes included :
Various Rooms, tenant furniture disassembled and removed (after new work complete furniture re-installed), demo existing carpet, prep floor and install VCT Tile/ new carpet, rubber cove base, acoustical ceiling tile removal and replacement, wallpatching and painting. Special Scheduling and Coordination:  Work performed after hours and under infections control requirements

Corrections to Automatic Sliding Door,VAMC Building #1, Room 1404-B, VA San Diego Healthcare System.

Project scopes included :
Remove and dispose existing automatic sliding door install automatic sliding emergency breakout door to match existing conditions. Replace damaged VCT flooring Construction was in regulated asbestos hazard condition. Implemented VA Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) Class II, Special Scheduling and Coordination: Work performed after normal VA working hours.

San Diego Community College District

Ross Elementary Concrete Driveway, San Diego, CA

Project scope included :
Saw cut, demolish and haul off site existing 28’ concrete pedestrian sidewalk. Construct new 28’ commercial concrete driveway and new sidewalk per City of San Diego permit requirements.
